Spring Technical Crews

The Lakewood High School Theatre Company offers over eight different technical crews to assist with productions.  To apply for a technical crew, applications must fill out the form at the bottom of this page.  Schedules for each technical crew vary, and can be found in the google classroom for each production.  Tech crews generally meet after school, anywhere from 1-5 times a week.  LHSTC's crews are as follows:

Stage - builds scenic elements for the show

Paints - paints scenic elements and props as needed

Props - collects and builds hand props for the actors

Sound - supports microphones for actors and soundtrack for the show

House - helps seat audience members  at the show and sell concessions

Costumes - finds/builds outfits for the actors to wear

Lights - hangs and focuses lamps for our live stream production

Publicity - designs posters, programs and social media promotions for the show

In order to be part of a technical crew for the Spring season, the application must be filled out by Wednesday, December 11th at 11:59 p.m.  No applications will be considered after this deadline.  Crew lists will be announced during the company meeting at the start of the spring semester.
